Hank's at the Hook is a modern take on the old Hof Braus "create your own meal" concept.  But this ain’t your Mama’s Hof Braus… unless your Mama’s Hof Braus includs intensely fresh, healthy food, locally-grown produce, locally-baked uber-fresh bread and only the finest fresh-roasted meats carved to order.

We’re talking about great food that’s quick and casual, inexpensive and healthy.  And unbelievably good.

We’re a neighborhood restaurant with a world’s worth of options.  Check it out: you can load up with a plate full of grilled tri-tip with a glass of red wine or a draft beer, build your own side salad from fresh local produce and a giant selection of ingredients, then order a stack of chicken strips or Mac ‘n’ Cheese for the kids and be out the door for under 20 bucks.  Sound good?  Thought so.
